Frequently asked questions

Clear answers before you decide.

You do not need to understand the Chinese hospital system before contacting us. These answers explain the main stages and limits of our service.

Hospitals and medical review

Are you a hospital or medical provider?
No. Morning Wayl Care is an independent coordination service. We organise information, communication and practical support. Diagnosis, medical opinions, prescriptions and treatment decisions are provided by licensed clinicians at the selected hospital.
How do you choose possible hospitals?
We consider the condition, relevant specialties, the patient's priorities, preferred city and the hospital's current international patient route. We normally identify 2 to 3 possible options, but the number may vary if the case is highly specialised.
Do I have to use the hospital you suggest?
No. You remain free to choose a hospital, ask questions, decline an option or name a hospital you already have in mind.
What is the difference between a hospital option and a formal expert review?
An initial option explains why a hospital may be relevant and what the next step would be. A formal review occurs only after you select one hospital and confirm its review fee. That hospital's experts then assess the medical records.
Can I ask more than one hospital for a formal plan?
Yes, but each hospital conducts its own review. A second or third hospital therefore requires a separate process and separate quotation.
Can you guarantee that a hospital will accept me?
No. Acceptance, specialist assignment, appointment timing and treatment proposals are determined by the hospital for each individual case.

Information, records and privacy

What should I include in my first message?
Tell us your diagnosis or main symptoms, how long the problem has been present, what help you are seeking, your preferred timing and whether you would consider Guangzhou, Chengdu or either city.
Should I send my complete medical records immediately?
No. For the first message, send only the basic information you are comfortable sharing. We will explain what may be needed and agree how to send detailed records later.
Will you send my information to hospitals?
We use your information to respond and assess possible next steps. We will discuss and obtain your agreement before sending identifiable medical information or records to a hospital. See our Privacy Notice for details.
Can I request deletion of my information?
Yes, subject to any information we must retain for legal or dispute purposes. Contact us at [email protected]. More details are in our Privacy Notice.

Fees and practical support

How much does treatment cost?
There is no single standard price. The selected hospital provides preliminary cost information after reviewing the case. Final charges may change if the clinical situation, tests or treatment plan changes.
Is the expert review free?
A hospital may charge for formal expert review. We confirm the applicable fee with you before arranging it. A review by another hospital is quoted separately.
Are travel support services included in the hospital price?
No. Airport pickup, interpreting, hotel help, caregiver coordination and other local support are optional and quoted separately.
Can you help with currency exchange?
We can provide lawful guidance and help identify licensed providers. Morning Wayl Care does not exchange currency or hold money as a currency exchange service.
Can you arrange a visa?
We can help organise practical information or supporting documents that may be available, but the patient is responsible for the application and the relevant authority decides whether to issue a visa.

Contact and response times

How should I contact you?
Use the website enquiry, email, or a WhatsApp text or voice note. For first contact, please send a message. We do not accept telephone or WhatsApp calls.
How quickly will you reply?
We normally reply within two business days. Complex questions may take longer if we need to confirm information before responding.
What should I do in an emergency?
Do not wait for a reply from this website. Contact the emergency service or a licensed medical provider where you are located.
