Privacy Notice
This notice explains how we handle the information you share when asking about hospital care and practical support in China.
Last updated: 26 September 2026
1. Who we are
MORNING WAYL LTD, trading as Morning Wayl Care, is an independent hospital information and practical-support coordinator. We are registered in England and Wales under company number 17093526. For questions about this notice or your information, email [email protected].
For the information covered by this notice, MORNING WAYL LTD is normally the controller. A hospital or other provider may become a separate controller when it receives your information and will handle it under its own privacy arrangements.
2. Information we collect
We collect information that you choose to provide through our form, email or WhatsApp, including:
- Your name, email address, country or region and contact details.
- Your symptoms, diagnosis, treatment interests, relevant history and other health information you decide to share.
- Your preferred city, hospital and practical support needs.
- Messages, voice notes, documents and correspondence about your enquiry.
- Basic technical and security records created when the website or email service is used.
Please do not send full medical records in your first message. We will discuss an appropriate way to provide further documents if they are needed.
3. How we use your information
- To understand and respond to your enquiry.
- To identify possible hospitals and explain the next step.
- With your agreement, to communicate with the hospital or provider you choose.
- To prepare and administer quotations for coordination or practical support.
- To keep our communications secure, prevent misuse and meet legal obligations.
We do not sell your personal or health information and we do not use it for automated medical decisions.
4. Our legal basis
Depending on the situation, we may process ordinary personal information to take steps at your request before entering a contract, to perform a contract, to meet a legal obligation or for our legitimate interests in responding securely and operating our service.
Health information is special category data. When you voluntarily provide it for an enquiry, we ask for your explicit consent to use it for that purpose. You may withdraw that consent at any time. Withdrawal does not affect processing already carried out lawfully, but it may mean that we cannot continue coordinating the enquiry.
6. International transfers
Our service concerns care in China, so information may need to be transferred from the United Kingdom or European Economic Area to a hospital or provider in China after you agree to that step. Data protection rules in China may differ from those in your country.
Before a transfer, we will explain the intended recipient and purpose. We will use appropriate contractual, organisational or consent-based measures where required, while recognising that no internet or international transfer can be guaranteed completely risk-free.
7. Retention and security
We keep information only for as long as reasonably needed to respond, provide an agreed service, maintain necessary business records, resolve a dispute or meet legal duties. Retention depends on the nature and stage of the enquiry rather than a single fixed period.
We use proportionate access controls and organisational measures designed to protect information. No email, messaging or storage system is completely secure, so avoid sending more information than is needed at the current stage.
8. Your rights
Depending on the law that applies to you, you may ask for access to your information, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or an objection to certain processing. You may also withdraw consent. We may need to verify your identity and some rights are subject to legal exceptions.
To make a request, email [email protected].
10. Contact and complaints
Contact us first at [email protected] and we will try to resolve your concern. You may also complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office or the data protection authority in the country where you live or work.
