1. About these terms

These terms apply when you use this website or ask MORNING WAYL LTD, trading as Morning Wayl Care, to provide hospital information or coordination support. MORNING WAYL LTD is registered in England and Wales under company number 17093526.

A specific paid service may also have a written quotation, booking confirmation or additional terms. If there is a conflict, the service-specific written terms take priority for that service.

2. What our service covers

We are an independent coordinator. We may help you describe your needs, identify possible hospitals, organise communication with a selected hospital and coordinate optional practical support such as airport pickup, interpreting, hotel booking assistance, caregiver coordination and local transport.

Our initial hospital suggestions are informational. They are not a diagnosis, referral by a licensed clinician or guarantee that a hospital is suitable, available or willing to accept your case.

3. Medical disclaimer

Morning Wayl Care is not a hospital, clinic, medical practice or emergency service. We do not diagnose, prescribe, provide a second medical opinion or make treatment decisions. Formal medical opinions, proposed treatment plans and clinical instructions come from the selected hospital and its licensed professionals.

Website content is general information and must not be used as a substitute for advice from your own doctor. If you believe you have an emergency or your condition is worsening, contact your local emergency service or licensed clinician immediately.

4. Hospitals remain independent

Each hospital and clinician is professionally and operationally independent from Morning Wayl Care. The hospital decides whether it can review or accept a case, which specialist is appropriate, what further tests are needed, the proposed treatment, likely timing and hospital charges.

You remain free to choose a hospital, decline a proposal or seek another opinion. If you request a formal expert review from more than one hospital, each hospital's review is a separate arrangement and is quoted separately.

5. Fees, quotations and payment

We do not publish a fixed price because hospital reviews, treatment and practical support depend on the individual case. Before arranging a paid service, we will provide or pass on the relevant written quotation and explain what it covers.

• Hospital review and treatment charges are set by the hospital.
• Each hospital's formal expert review is separately quoted.
• Optional coordination and practical support services are separately quoted.
• Any cancellation, refund, deposit or payment timetable will be stated in the relevant written quotation or booking terms before you commit.

Do not make a payment unless you understand who is receiving it and what service it covers.

6. Your responsibilities

You are responsible for providing accurate and complete information, asking questions before making a decision and following clinical instructions given by licensed professionals. You are also responsible for passports, visas, insurance, international travel, local entry requirements and deciding whether travel is medically appropriate.

You should keep copies of records, quotations, receipts and communications. Tell us promptly if your condition, dates, contact details or travel plans change.

7. Third-party services

Hospitals, clinicians, hotels, drivers, interpreters, caregivers, payment providers and other suppliers provide their own services under their own terms. We may coordinate an introduction or booking, but we do not control their professional judgement, availability, acts or omissions.

8. Availability, outcomes and liability

We do not guarantee hospital acceptance, specialist availability, treatment eligibility, timing, cost, visa approval, travel arrangements or medical outcome. Information can change and hospital estimates may be revised after examination or additional tests.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful, including liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation or death or personal injury caused by negligence. Subject to those protections and any mandatory consumer rights, our responsibility relates only to the coordination services we agree to provide, not independent medical care or third-party services.

9. Governing law, changes and contact

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, subject to any mandatory consumer protections that apply where you live. We may update the website and these terms when our service or legal requirements change. The date above shows the latest version.
